Rude customer service. From the beginning. Gave me a dirty car, told me when I bring it in for an oil change they will do a deep clean, that should take about 2 hours (what I was told), got my car back in 40 minutes, and my car had been vacuumed out and wiped down, was not deep cleaned. Requested a tire rotation and never got it. Any time I get an oil change, they mark off that they checked and topped off my other fluids and they don’t. Very unhappy and once my punch card is done, will not be back.

Brought my Chevy Silverado in to have backup camera adjusted to show correct view. The rear view camera appears to be showing view further than actually is. For some reason the service department feels it is okay.

We have not had a good experience with Jay Hatfield we bought a 2025 Trailblazer and a 2024 Colorado a year ago February. We were told our trade in (2015 Chevy High Country) had transmission problems and they told us they didn’t think we would make it back home with it. It was making a noise for 8 months. And I know there was no way it would crater on us on the way home I had decided on a Colorado, and just before we went in to do the paperwork, I noticed it wasn’t a 2025, it was a 2024.I told the salesman I didn’t want a 2024 truck in February of 2025. He told us they did not have any 2025’s, and GM would not release any until November. We went into Hatfields for our first oil change 6 months later in August and there were numerous 2025’s and 2026’s. We took the trailblazer in This past Saturday, and were charged $29.11 to fix a flat tire. We have had 2 flat tires last year and took one to a Phillips oil change place in Langley Ok, and a tire shop in Langley. Both places charged $10.00 to fix our flat tire. During the process of purchasing the two vehicles we caught the sales people in lies. We will not be back to Hatfield for our future car purchases. Overall horrible treatment.
